Built a start-up company in customised tours on modified 4×4 vehicles, set up the business model, managed hiring guides and drivers. Developed marketing material and built a customer base before selling the company to it’s current owner.
Consulted on HSE directives for a mining company in Greenland, originally asked to assist with running a medical facility at the camp. Ended with restructuring Health and Safety guidelines and operating procedures along with setting up a Search & Rescue team and successfully ensuring that mandatory safety requirements are fulfilled.
Managed a delivery company that handled both local and international shipments along with customs relations and papers.
